Learning
Confidence at the Whiteboard
A pen is like having an extra voice. Work on both, and you double the impact.
A hands-on session that teaches you to use simple visuals to facilitate good conversations.
You start with a visual alphabet, easy basics, tips and simple frameworks. Mistakes are welcome. They’re part of learning.
You leave with something you can use at your next meeting. Be as ambitious as you want.
“Awesome night of learning to draw for impact … Amanda shared heaps of great insights into the world of visual storytelling.” My key takeaways:
Maximise the amount of work not done
Add words for clarity
Embrace mistakes
Simplicity is key
Sketch-note School
Drawing helps us slow down, make sense of ideas and clarify our own thoughts.
Sketchnoting is a personal way to take notes without being good at drawing. You begin with small, easy steps and build confidence as you go.
You leave with the start of a visual vocabulary and a clear goal.
